The premise

Most teams treat AI as something they will formalize later. This workshop makes the first serious pass now: a practical way to decide what is worth automating, and a way to build it.

You leave with an agent aimed at a high leverage slice of your work, plus a map of where automation helps and where human judgment should stay decisive.

You build live, ask questions as you go, and leave with shared language you can keep using as tools change. The methods travel across ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and Gemini.

What you leave with

  • A working AI agent shaped around your work, built without writing code.
  • A clear first target for automation, plus a short list of what to build after the session.
  • A point of view on where AI strengthens your role and organization, and where people should remain accountable.
  • A reusable way to evaluate agent opportunities, so team discussions move from opinion to decisions.

Session arc

Kickoff: From chat helper to working system

Name the gap between everyday prompting and agents that actually carry work. Align on the goal: use what works today, and prepare for what is coming.

Module 1: Turn buried knowledge into tools

Every team has material AI can activate: long policies, past decisions, institutional notes, and the external systems already woven into daily work and life. Pick one asset and turn it into something the team can reuse.

Module 2: Map where judgment still matters

Write what your role is actually for, then sort your work: what AI has made cheap and plentiful, and where human taste, accountability, and context still win.

Module 3: Build the first agent

Storyboard a real workflow, mark the handoffs between AI and people, then build an agent that takes the first automated step.

Wrap: Leave with a build plan

Walk out with the agent you made, a short roadmap for the next pieces of the workflow, and a way to spot opportunities across the team without handing everything to automation.

How the session works

Hands on and live

Build with facilitation and peer feedback. This is not a sit back webinar. Discussion and experimentation with people across roles and industries.

Recording and workbook

Get access to the session recording and a workbook with the frameworks, so you can revisit the moves after the live session.

Shared vocabulary

Leave with language your team can reuse as tools and workflows change.

Who it's for

Take this workshop if

  • You already use AI in daily work and are ready to move past one off prompting.
  • You want a structured session instead of another weekend of scattered experimentation.
  • You lead people and need a shared way to coach decisions about where AI belongs.

Probably not for you if

  • You already ship production agents as an engineer.
  • You are brand new to AI and want a gentle first introduction.
  • You want a sit back webinar. This session is built around doing.

FAQ

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You will build with everyday AI tools. No engineering background required.

What tools do I need?

A computer and access to an LLM. The methods work across ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and Gemini. Session activities use a guided format shared when you join.

How is this different from coaching?

This workshop is a live group intensive in one three hour session. Coaching is hourly and 1:1, shaped around the workflows you bring each time. Same foundations, different format.

What if I can’t attend live?

A recording will be available after the session. The session is designed around live building and peer feedback, so attend in real time if you can.

Is this useful if my company hasn’t picked its AI tools yet?

Yes. You learn methods that travel across platforms, so they stay useful even if your stack changes later.

Can my team take this together?

Yes, and teams get more from the shared vocabulary. Team signup uses custom pricing based on your needs, group size, and whether you want a private session.

What does it cost?

Individual signup is $299. Team pricing is custom based on your needs. You will not be charged until we reach out with confirmation details.

Prefer hourly coaching?

Coaching is the 1:1, hourly path when you want help applied directly to your job and workflows, session by session instead of one live group intensive.
